Who we are :

In this Returns Policy references to "we" and "us" are to Audio Images (Lowestoft) Ltd., 128 London Road North, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 1HB. Company Number: 02510068. Registered Office: 128 London Road North, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 1HB.

Returning Unwanted Goods :

To return or exchange a product you may do so within 14 days of the date of receiving the goods. The goods must not be opened nor used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us of your decision to return goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 28 days to do so at your own expense.  The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund. We will refund the price of the item less any delivery charges incurred by us or exchange the product as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit.

Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty or damaged goods.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods:

Goods Faulty on Arrival:

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, we will either replace the goods or issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Damaged in Transit:

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods are received back to us, we will either replace the goods or issue a full refund to you via your original payment method.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period:

If your goods develop a fault but it's more than 28 days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and or telephone help facilities for your convenience which of course, we recommend you utilise in order to correct the fault quickly.

Your rights:

(1) You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing privacy@luxuryhifi.com or by writing to us at our customer services address in (2) below. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations. (2) You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we or our agent hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the following address, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to Audio Images (Lowestoft) Ltd. to cover our administration costs: Data Subject Request, Audio Images (Lowestoft) Ltd., 128 London Road North, Lowestoft, Suffolk, NR32 1HB.

Exceptions:

With the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items which have been opened and used. This includes: CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken. We also cannot accept the return of special order goods custom made to your specification unless faulty.
