Luxury HiFi: Purchasing Information

How to place an order:

In this section we will explain how to place an order with us. Note: By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Step One

Browse through our web site and when you find a item you wish to order just click on the Add to Basket button. If available you may then be asked what options you require (e.g. colour/size), the quantity field will always be shown. Once you've entered these choices just click on the Buy Now button. The item you've chosen will now be shown in your shopping basket.

Step Two

At this point you can either continue shopping or go to the checkout. If you decide to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button and you'll be taken back to the luxuryhifi.com home page, where you can continue to browse & add any items you wish to your shopping basket.

Step Three

Once you've decided that you now want to purchase the items you have selected, either (a) click on the View Basket button, or (b) if you are already in your shopping basket you're ready for the next stage.

Step Four

At this point you can review the items you have selected & make any changes to your basket contents if necessary. Once you are happy to proceed, just press the Checkout button which will take you to the enter details section. Here you will be asked to fill in your details, such as name/address/telephone/email. It is important that you fill in all these details so that we may contact you regarding your order. Once you have entered your details, press the Continue button, which will take you to the shipping address section.

Step Five

Fill in the information requested in the shipping information section & press the Continue button, this will take you to the delivery section. Now choose the appropriate shipping method displayed based on where your order is to be shipped and press the appropriate Select button. This will take you to the order review section.

Step Six

Now that you are in the Order Review section, it is important that you check the details that you've given carefully. If any changes to details shown are necessary you can do them now by clicking on the appropriate Edit button. Once you are happy with the details please press the Continue button, which will take you to the Payment Options section.

Step Seven

You are now at the final stage of your order. You now have two options for payment; (a) Pay by bankers cheque / BACS / CHAPS / electronic bank transfer, or (b) credit card. Note: In both cases payment will not be processed until your order is ready to be shipped. Now select which payment option you wish to use, filling in the relevant details if required & press the Submit button. You will now be taken to the Order Complete section, where you can view your order & order number. An email will be sent to your email address confirming receipt of your order. A member of our Client Support Team will then contact you as soon as your order has been verified.
